A Financial Strategist With a Mission-Driven Mindset

Terry joined ISM as a consultant in 2002 and has consulted with nearly 450 schools across the U.S. and abroad. His leadership in both startup and established school settings gives him a broad perspective on what it takes to build sustainable operational and financial models.

He is one of the creators of ISM’s financial aid software, FAST.

In addition to his consulting work, Terry completed a three-year assignment as Head of Finance, Operations, and Advancement at St. Mary’s School in California, while continuing to consult for ISM. He also helped launch Trinity Academy in North Carolina, serving as a founding board member before becoming the school’s Director of Administrative Services. Terry earned his bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University and pursued graduate studies in finance at Regis University in Colorado. He holds the Executive designation through ISM’s Business Certification Program (BCP-E) and is a frequent presenter at national conferences, including NBOA, NYSAIS, CAIS, FISBO, and AISNE.
