Job Description

Summary/Objective

ISM Insurance Sales Managers are the essential link to provide private and independent schools, nationally and internationally, access to the complete lines of products and services offered by ISM. ISM Insurance Sales Managers will be responsible for the increase in their region’s total revenue for all lines of ISM’s school insurance products. Our Insurance Sales Managers are vital to the overall growth of ISM. Outside of some limited travel, this is a remote position so a professional at-home work environment is requested.

Functions and Competencies

Essential Functions

1.     Work as a key member of the sales team reporting to the Senior Sales Director.

2.     Manage our inbound leads generated from numerous sources in order to facilitate schools choose the best option for our products to facilitate our client’s needs.

3.     Handle high volume of sales inquiry both internally and externally.

4.     Work with product specialists within our organization to ensure seamless data transmission.

5.     Management of administrative tasks (i.e., sales funnels, Pardot, Salesforce.com).

6.     Monthly reporting on Regional Growth to the Executive Leadership Team.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This is a remote position, but we are looking for candidates located within Texas, California, and the U.S. Southeast. 

Travel

Approximately 20%

Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Licensed in Life and Health Insurance
  • At least two years of high-volume sales and/or sales service experience.
  • Proficiency in using technology.
Preferred Education and Experience
  • Salesforce
  • Pardot marketing or similar software
